Vitamins for healthy hair, skin, and nails.



I have been taking biotin and folic acid for months now and I believe it has helped me to grow my hair! My hair hasn’t been this long since before high school. I believe a healthy diet, exercise, and good products help to aid in healthy hair, nails and skin! If you have tried everything like me, try adding these vitamins to your daily regime, but always consult your Dr. First about any hair loss, brittle/ yellow nails, acne, etc. Hope you find this tip helpful, cheers!
